Meet our founder + CEO, Gary Toubeau. Gary is the founder and visionary behind West Coast Building and Construction and his ability to provide unmatched quality at competitive pricing with a personalized approach has sky rocketed the company to one of the top construction companies in the region. Gary brings over 40 years of industry experience yet he still goes above and beyond to prioritize each and every client. Gary believes in building long lasting valuable relationships with his clients and operating his business by treating every project as if it were his own home or business. Despite his massive industry success, Gary has always kept this personal touch as he believes it is the foundation for completing projects that are not only seamless, but enjoyable for his clients.
Tyler Toubeau - Operations Manager
As the eldest son of our Founder + CEO, Tyler brings over 15 years of experience in managing some of the largest construction projects in the country including Google, Apple, Exxon Mobile, and countless others. He brings unparalleled attention to detail and precision project management skills and site supervision to West Coast Construction. Tyler is known for being incredibly hands on, reliable, an excellent communicator, and clients repeatedly rave about how his management style allowed their project to go smoothly with little interruption to daily life and operations. He carries an incredibly high standard for his work and consistently goes above and beyond to execute his clients’ vision better than they could have imagined. Tyler’s positive demeanor and energetic personality are contagious and allow for a project that is not only seamless but enjoyable!
